Riehl Engineering, Ltd has added in house machining and prototpying services for our customers. This allows us to exercise greater control over the quality of our work. We have added turning, milling, and grinding capability with the addition of multiple Monarch lathes and Bridgeport mills.

In House Research and Development

To maintain our competitive edge, and give our customers an advantage, we have added in house research and development capabilities. This includes sophisticated finite element modeling and analysis capabilitiy as well as materials testing and chemical analysis capability.

Sustainable Carbon NanoTechnology and Engneering Ltd

Riehl Engineering, Ltd has formed a strategic partnership with SCNTE. Riehl Engineering will provide all process control, reactor design, and produciton capability to SCNTE. SCNTE will supply Riehl Engineering with unique catalyst free carbon nanotubes for electronic and electrochemical applicaitons.

Riehl Engineering, Ltd has partnered with the consultants at Helmig Lienesch to offer greater document production capability and mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering expertise. Helmig Lienesch offers nearly 50 years of high value mechanical and electrical engineering consulting for the construction and building industry.

 

 

Finite Element Modeling

With the ever increasing cost of fabrication and construction, it is becoming increasingly important to ensure a design is right from the start. Change documents and additional prototypes can often be canceled before the full potential and impact are known.

To address this issue, Riehl Engineering has invested significant capitial and time to the development of advanced three dimensional analysis capability. Riehl Engineering can develop or take a 2-D or 3-D drawing and use it to simulate a wide variety of electronic, chemical, and physical influences, including: RF noise, mechanical stress/strain, heat and mass diffusion, fluid flow, mixing, heating effects, and resistance. Other situations can be quickly and cost effectively modeled individually or simultaneously.

Riehl Engineering, Ltd has begun contract research and development with the United States Air Force Research Laboratory on the utilization of SCNTE Ltd catalyst free carbon nanotubes.

Riehl Engineering, Ltd develops proprietary thermoset materials for Kurz-Kasch Inc.

Under contract with Kurz-Kasch Inc., a leading contract molding company, Riehl Engineering, Ltd has developed a suite of thermoset molding compounds that are shelf stable, and match or exceed performance of previously used materials. .
